Project Overview
The Problem
The MWCF is a very small non-profit with a unique concept that could benefit children with high moral character, but the organization needs better media to spread its values. The website needs to be updated, as it is now hard for the audience to find info/news and the core message, which could lead to not gaining enough volunteer support or donations.
The Solution
Redesign the website to current trends, update info, and other social media channels. Emphasize helpful information with news/activities, and add a feature for open-dialog / communication to increase engagement from the audience, which could lead to gaining more volunteer/donation support.
My Role
I collaborated with two other UX/UI designers on research then I planned to work on wire frames of mobile screen and prototyped the UI. My focuses were on creating personas, working on interview questions, Story Board, Card sorting Website annotations and prototype mobile screen.

User Insight & Problem Statment
User Insight
Having a clear path, for the website with the latest information and activities can form a solid credibility to the organization. That will help the viewer understand the organization and join or donate to support.
Problem Statement
MWCF is trying to spread its concept of supporting children with high moral character and providing news/updates to the audience through the website, but the information is hard to find. The website needs more support from the community because it's less exposed to the public.
Our goal is to redesign the website, promote engagement to gain more support and donations and add other social media channels. Plus, having a feature for open-dialog communication to increase credibility would help the users with decision-making and lead to gaining more volunteer support.

Card Sorting & User Flow
The main focus of creating these to make audience's journey on the website easy/informative. Which can lead our audience's to get involved and also we wanted to concentrate on the Project, Participate, Volunteer, and Donating pages.
